How do I start a product inquiry?
Choose one SKU or save a shortlist. Share your destination market, approximate quantity and customization needs so we can discuss specifications, sample options and quotation.
Can I customize colors, labels and packaging?
Yes. Share your palette, artwork or packaging idea with the selected SKU. Dimensions, materials, colorways, branding and packaging can be specified by SKU. Available options and minimum quantities depend on the selected construction.
How do I get pricing and MOQ information?
Reference MOQs are 100 units or sets per SKU for larger products, 200 for the sisal mat, foraging mat and wand set, and 300 sets for felt balls. Product pages show the minimum for each SKU. Custom materials, colors and printed packaging are quoted separately. Send your selection and quantity by color to request unit prices.
How do I request samples?
Send the SKU, sample quantity and requested changes. Reference sample prices range from USD 8–65 per unit or set depending on product size, material and construction; each product page lists its range. Shipping, new structures, tooling and custom packaging are quoted separately. Confirm the final sample charge and preparation time before payment.
What affects sample and production lead times?
Include your target launch date and quantity in the inquiry. Material availability, customization, sample revisions, order quantity and shipping method affect the schedule. Confirm sample, production and transit timing separately in your quotation.
Can I request product documentation?
Tell us your destination market and required testing or documentation with the SKU. We will discuss which documents are available for the specific material and configuration.
How do I request shipping to my country?
Include your destination country and preferred shipping arrangement. Shipping options and costs depend on the destination, packed dimensions and shipment size. Confirm the shipping method and trade terms in your quotation.
How are payment terms arranged?
Payment terms are included in the written quotation or order agreement. Discuss them alongside your product selection and order quantity.
How should I use the product images?
Images are design illustrations. Final product and packaging details are agreed with the approved sample. Ask about samples before creating your own retail listing.
How do I report an issue with my order?
Contact us with your order reference, affected SKU, quantity and photographs. Return, replacement, cancellation and refund arrangements are specified in your quotation or supply agreement. Confirm these arrangements before placing your order.
Are import duties and taxes included in the quotation?
Check the trade terms and cost breakdown in your quotation. Freight, insurance, customs clearance, import duties and taxes should be itemized or assigned to the responsible party before you confirm the order.
